Futurete’s mission is to contribute to the coffee culture, to the growth and modernisation of trade and hospitality industry, offering a range of high performance manual manufacture products, that allow to obtain excellent coffee.

QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT AND SAFETY POLICY

The Management is committed to comply with all regulatory requirements and compliance obligations based on the NP EN ISO 9001, NP EN ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001/NP 4397 standards in an integrated Management System, by adopting a management model based on continuous improvement principles, in order to satisfy stakeholders and the protection of the environment.

Futurete Management bases its strategy on the following principles:

- Meet the costumers' requirements with the intention to satisfy and fulfil their expectations;
- Continuous improvement of the integrated management system;
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and others subscribed by the management;
- Ensure environmental aspect and impact management arising from the activity, by promoting environmental protection, rational use of material and energy, pollution prevention and emergency drills;
- Ensure the prevention of hazards and its risks, including injuries, wounds and health damage, as well as the occurrence of occupational accidents and diseases, and system performance;
